Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), is a food supplement based on a standardized root extract, providing 21 mg of active withanolides per capsule. Traditionally used in Ayurveda, ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen that contributes to optimal mental and cognitive function.

Ashwagandha helps the body maintain balance during emotional stress, supports resistance to fatigue, and promotes relaxation. • Maltodextrin

• Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose

• Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide

• Capsule shell: gelatin, colour – titanium dioxide
