Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which supports muscle mass growth and anabolic processes. This supplement is flavored with orange for a pleasant taste.
Recommended Daily Dosage:
- Training days: Dissolve 1 portion (10 g / 1 scoop) in 250 ml of water about 30 minutes before training and take an additional 10 g after training.
- Non-training days: Take 1 portion (10 g) about 30 minutes before a meal.

- L-leucine – 2.5 g
- L-isoleucine – 1.25 g
- L-valine – 1.25 g
- L-glutamine – 3.5 g
