The Plantago ovata seed husk supports intestinal transit by increasing stool bulk, contributing to normal bowel function. Chicory inulin promotes the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, supporting digestive health. The added probiotics help maintain the natural balance of the intestinal microflora.
Recommended Daily Dosage:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 g) in ½ glass of water and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water or other liquid. Use twice daily.
